Service League is pleased to announce the grant recipients for our Spring of 2016 funding cycle. The grant recipients were awarded checks to fund their agencies. The grant recipients are:

Lake County Council on Aging – Office Safety Project Phase II
Lifeline, Inc. – Lifeline Technology Update
Mentor United Methodist Church – Getting Ahead – counseling service to help people build economic stability
Painesville Exchange Club Foundation – Time Out Teddy Child Abuse Prevention Project
Perry Public Library – Bi-Lingual Stations
Project Hope for the Homeless – Project Hope Shelter Technology
Salvation Army – S.S. Kids Project – Backpacks of school supplies for low-income families
Western Reserve Counseling – WRCS Cultural Diversification & Growth Project – translation of materials and presentation folders into Spanish
Wickliffe Library Foundation – Laptops for Digital Literacy and Workforce Development
Our grant recipients from the Fall of 2015 were:
Beacon Health – Electronic Health Record Equipment and Required Software Upgrades.
Project Hope – A Secure Footing for the Homeless (rubber floormats).
Extended Housing – Bed Bug Extermination (equipment to eliminate long term).
Geauga Lyric Theatre – Emerging Artists: Pre-Professional Theatre Arts Collaborative.
WomenSafe – Safety and Security Enhancement (lockers and locks for the facility).
