Katie is an endurance athlete, author, and world-record holder known for her incredible feats of physical endurance and charitable efforts. She has completed five Ironman triathlons, cycled across the U.S., swum 325 miles, run 100 miles nonstop in under 20 hours, and rowed solo across the Atlantic Ocean, setting a world record as the youngest solo ocean rower. She also became the first person to run 138 miles nonstop across Maine to raise funds for clean water in Tanzania. Most recently, she set a Guinness World Record by running 11 consecutive ultramarathons over 341 miles to support water projects in Uganda.
