“The Endowment for the Future”
The Western Reserve Junior Service League established the Service League Heritage Endowment Fund in 2014. Starting with a strategic plan created by members of the organization, one of the results was that a long range funding strategy needed to be established to ensure that the much needed support for our local communities continues for generations to come. In a key partnership with the Cleveland Foundation and with the gracious seed funding of our First President and Charter Member, Julie Siegel, the Heritage Endowment Fund is now in place.
Service League celebrates 50+ years of serving Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties by strategically partnering with the Cleveland Foundation, the world’s first community foundation. The Service League Heritage Endowment Fund will help ensure that the much needed support for our local communities continues for generations to come.
Over the past several years, a team from the organization developed a strategic plan. One of the results was that a long range funding strategy needed to be established, and with the gracious seed funding of our First President and Charter Member, Julie Siegel, the Heritage Endowment Fund is now in place.
Please take a moment to watch the video clip of Julie and Sue Ellis, another Charter Member, as they share their thoughts on this important endeavor.
Please be a part of our future and contribute to the Service League Heritage Endowment Fund through charitable gifts, benevolent gifts and pledges.
